why my goal is to bench 300

i dont get why youd want to bench 300...i think you want to do more squats or something...benching would do nothing more than get upper body buff which would do nothing for your lower body whcih is goign to need the extra strength 😕

havent you all seen the episode of CSI where the overweight girl passes out on the guy and he suffocates and dies? I guess you would need some upper body strength to push her up and off if she passed out on top of you 🙂

yeah, back and leg strength would be needed, not arms...

No, arm strength is very important, but your anterior deltoids and pecs are probably what you need the most.

The movement's not quite the same as the bench press, though, so you might want to start with a smaller woman, work up to two smaller women, and go from there.

yea i did. LOL
she would rather confess to murder than admit she suffocated her lover to death with her fat booty.

Don't forget to do powercleans and clean and jerks. If you want to have a 300lb girl and prop her up, you're gonna need lee preist like triceps, not to mention some lunges for added test. production and glute strength. Glutes and lats= power= oh wowwww.
