While tasty, there is a study going around now that if you eat that pizza you have an increased risk of shingles.

Both New York Style and Chicago Style pizza are good, but Chicago Style Stuffed Pizza is by far the most holy out of any of them.

When pizza is involved everybody wins...

Pizza in the morning. Pizza in the evening. Pizza at suppertime. When pizza’s on the table you can eat it, all while doing a line of blow and mindlessly fucking a hooker in a three thousand dollar Armani suit.
If you're paying for a hooker in an Armani suit, you're probably getting more than you paid for - if ya know what I'm sayin'.
Now, the best Pizza I find is actually in my grocery store in the frozen section. Pretty damn good fresh out of the oven, and overall way healthier than the grease piles.
There is some good frozen pizza out there. Not as good as fresh but still pretty good.

The first time I went to Schenectady NY for our wedding in 1993, she took me to a local bakery in her neighborhood, Perecca's.

They were pulling out sheets of pizza and selling it buy the slice.

I had to have her show me one of her old FB pics of it.

Was kind of a specialty thing there, one of the Italian Church festivals was going on at the time also.

Lots of old school Italians in that area.

Our wedding was almost straight out of the Godfather, had a lot of my family drove up from the Midwest mostly German to it also, was an interesting day and everyone had a real blast. Even had a few Polish relatives from my step moms side came up, it turned into a real big huge party.

A few Masons even met each other at the time it seems, and kept in touch later, were many surprises here and there.

Sorry for going off on a tangent there.

NYC makes pizza.

Chicago makes a casserole thing with pizza ingredients.

that said, some NYC style pizza sucks and some Chicago style pizza is delicious.

pretty much. I like them both for their reasons, but overall I do prefer NY style as my daily pizza...not that I eat pizza daily.

Is pretty funny, the Italian connection down here just keeps going, my mother in law moved down here not long ago and was on the phone right now asking where to buy a few things with the wife.

In between her and my sister-in-law, the three of them are always shopping for something to cook with it seems 😛

Is that an induction cook top? Very nice.

Nah, it's not induction, but it is a pretty nice electric stove and oven.

I'd played with the idea of getting an induction counter top setup and have never messed with it.

Seemed it would just be overkill all ready with the stove, we really don't need additional burners with just the two of us 🙂
