this was my thread abt anand there's nothin offensive i just wanted 2 know if he ever comes around link any reason tht u can give for lockin?

It was locked because the question was answered - hence no further discussion is needed. It's just how the forum issues catagory is handled, don't take it personally.

OLD Skool!

I didnt ever hear about this place until 1999. Didnt know about the forums until 2000.
Didnt read them until 2001 and didnt join till 2003.

I hate interacting with people. :p

my boss found the site, he was into overclocking stuff. or maybe he found tom's hardware. actually i think he found tom's hardware, because i'm somewhat sure he had some good o/c'ng info on different motherboards. i dunno, that was a lifetime ago.

he traded a system for some chiropractic (sp?) work, but didn't have the right cpu so he o/c'd one that was a step below and gave the guy that. i want to say amd k6 233 to 266.

i guess it was 97 because apparently the geocities site wasn't around in 96. regardless, one time in the past i received an email from anand himself!
