Ok, you're right that the fault is not Uni-directional. But given that women come from "lesser" social circumstances, as having been oppressed to some degree,, Shouldn't society, the men and women of today, step back and fix the inefficiencies?

We're still teaching women to be docile, vs Aggressive.

We're still teaching men that they should find docile women.

So what of the Productive Aggressive women?

They have a choice: end up lonely, misunderstood, or even hated.
Most men are not after independent women, because they feel threatened.

I'm thinking something similar to his, but define 'productivity' to be subject to the perspective of the individual, i.e. one person may find child raising to be more productive, another may find running a Fortune 500 company.
