Why Lock all?

It didn't break any rules so far as I can tell. It wasn't Spam (as the others were)

Why not keep it? It was cool, interesting, and even gave me recipes

/a joke is a joke, but sometimes it just gets overplayed and stupid....... People seeing that first post would keep repeating the same joke over and over and over and over and over and over and over...
