Why Liberals and Atheists Are More Intelligent

Someone on here has a quote in their sig along the lines of "Not all conservative people are stupid, but most stupid people are conservative."

So perhaps this article demonstrates a corollary?

:hmm:

Maybe we're on two different pages right now, but this article doesn't say anything about stupid people and I don't see any new information provided about intelligent people. Everyone just seems so shocked by the correlation that is already well established, perhaps I am mistaken on that point though.

Edit: I just started skimming it again, perhaps I did misread their claims.

This morning as I was preparing to brush my teeth I noticed something I thought rather peculiar. When I remove the cap from the toothpaste tube, I hold the cap stationary and rotate the tube in order to unscrew the cap. However when I restore the cap to the tube, I hold the toothpaste tube stationary and rotate the cap until secure. I thought this might have some bearing on the discussion at hand.

Traits:
Agnostic with atheist and animist sympathies
Liberal
Monogamous
Intelligent beyond your ability to comprehend

lol, I have never heard of anyone rotating the tube as opposed to the cap.

Must be why the USSR was so successful!

Notice that Russia has been extremely successful no matter what they do!
😛

Oddly enough, the USSR variant was probably one of the most successful for Russia. Reason being, competition. It keeps a State on her toes, striving to be the best at everything so the competitor fails in the event their is ever a competitive match-up. 🙂

Both liberals and atheists have a questioning mind, thus more intelligent.

It's easy to be a sheep, hard to think for yourself.

I look around this forum which seems to be full of atheists and people who claim to be liberal and I think you might be mistaken.

Maybe so but I've met and read some very intelligent conservatives. Don't look at the teaparties of the world just like I won't look in the liberal Ghettos - go over to RedState or American Thinker.

I'm liberal on some things conservative on others, 15 years totally faithful, and definitely a night person.
