I really don't think anyone is legitimately afraid of Liz Cheney, she's utterly irrelevant and tied to a very failed legacy of conservatism gone horribly wrong. The longer she and other neo-cons keep polluting things, the longer it will be before real conservatism is reborn. You want to talk at a mature level, let's talk about William F. Buckley for example.

Let's fact-check this please :

Young? Fail. She's mid-40's.
Cute? Fail. She's not vomit-worthy, but I doubt pretty much anyone would give her a second look.
Stunning? Epic fail. See above.
Good hair? Well she has hair. It's not horrible but it's not great. It's middle-age mom hair.
Many children? Check.
Outspoken? Yes, in a wildly unoriginal way or parroting her dad.

You guys never seem to follow international politics that closely. I, on the other hand (...have to close my office door in making this post so that my most attractive Latina wife does not smack me upside my head!) have the advantage of being a worldly man about town.

I believe it is a dead even toss up between Yulia Tymoshenko (Ukraine) and Alina Kabaeva (Russia) for most attractive female politician.

Mara Rosaria Carfagna (Italy) won the polling, so I won't argue if you prefer to go with a Southern European in this case. Ruby Dhalla would be my runner up.
