Why isn't 3DMark2001 S.E. recognizing my Northwood???

It tells me I need to update my CPU to one that has MMX. BTW, I'm running a 1.6A@2.2ghz and 3DMark2001 works fine with it. Also I'm using the 21.83s that came with my MSI G3 Ti200 at the moment. Thanx for any help!
