Whenever I dislike what someone says I try to get them fired. It's the American way.
There should be no consequences for your actions to conservatives (if you are an extreme right winger only of course), except for things like pregnant teenage girls, people born poor, kettle with medical issues that are very expensive, etc

Imagine you had a business and your spokesperson started threatening his ex girlfriend's boyfriend like a sociopath,, said malicious shit about various groups including anti semitic and other things, all very publicly, but you couldn't fire him.

Oh wait. Maybe you'd like that being your spokesperson. Oh my bad

Nah, it's a pretty universal thing. In particular there's a very long history of conservatives everywhere getting people fired for that.

Yea, English is a fucked up language though. It's basically anarchy. "Rules" apply until they don't. Depends on where your stole your word from, and the arbitrary decision of some dude 200 years ago.

I read somewhere that some of that - the inconsistent spelling and phoenetics at least - is due to the particular stage of development the language was in at the moment printing was invented.

Though all languages are pretty bad at following their own rules. English isn't unique in that.

I was literally just thinking yesterday that if they stayed associated with that moronic racist $hitbag I would never buy another Adidas product again.

I like their stuff so this decision pleases me. 🙂

Yeah…only took Adidas 8 days to respond…finally. Ye getting banned from Twitter, et al, after his antisemetic tirade(s) didn’t seem to be enough for Adidas, so it makes one wonder how far one has to go in being a dirtbag before major sponsors bail. Took a bit before Adidas lurched into belated action.

It's getting really, really real real now .....

Resale site The RealReal joins the list of companies cutting ties with Kanye West and his Yeezy line after the rapper's antisemitic remarks

The RealReal said Tuesday that it would not be accepting new listings for Yeezy products on its site. There are still hundreds of listings under the 'Yeezy' tag on the site. Adidas announced earlier that it would be ending its production of all Yeezy products.

I love a language being accused of “stealing” words. That’s absolutely bonkers and laugh-out-loud funny.

I think Ye should watch what he says. His words have definitely caught up to him. Now - It's hurting him in the pocket. He is always going to have a camera in his face wherever he goes. That's the danger of him be recorded and broadcasted somewhere or on social media. I'd be tight lipped if it's not something positive or something he is sponsoring. Stay tight lipped.

You should be ashamed of yourself. You know the First Amendment just stops the government from impeding the people's freedom of expression right?

Hell it comes before your much beloved second amendment.

He hasn't presented a physical danger to himself or others yet I guess, just walking around saying bizarre things isn't quite enough to get you sent away. We famously elected someone like that.

I'm the last election?

Frankly this whole thing has been painful to watch, dating back like....10 years or so.

Kanye was a major part of my middle and high school soundtracks. I LOVE his first 3-4 albums. He's always been a bit...out there...but god damn. Talk about a fall from grace.

Losing his mother was a bit of a catalyst to all of this. That said, as someone who lost both parents at a younger age -- grow the fuck up.
