Why is this phone so cheap on CL?

My S6 I bought not long ago was $300 used on CL, they wanted $325. Might have been able to grab it even lower, since it didn't have the box, or the sim card tray tool, but its mint, so I didn't haggle any further.

Ended up buying the same phone at Newegg- mentioned by slickdeals. $608 out the door.

+$50 extra more for comfort of mind.

My brother got a cheap brand-new Note 3 from Negri Electronics that was later blacklisted by T-Mobile.
