Why is this guy a movie star?

What about his acting sucks? I liked him very much in both Holes and The Greatest Game Ever Played. If you judge his acting from two of the most horrendous and horrendously written films of all time, then you are a fool. In fact, I think Transformers would have sucked more with some other actor.

At any rate, I think he has been a fine actor, and will continue to be one as he becomes an adult.

I may not have disliked him before transformers, i can't really remember how i felt. but one thing's for sure, anyone or anything associated with the Bay transformer movies is on my shit list now. if i ever go out on my own time, that movie will be on the suicide note ;-)

i never hated leonardo dicaprio. it was apparent early on that he had acting chops, and his status was cemented when he really started to branch out around 2000ish.
