Why is their no web based spam filter with SSL? (ATT Worldnet)

ATT Worldnet email server won't work outside of ATT's network without having SSL and a certain port number but all of the web based spam filters I have found don't have the option for SSL and a certain port number. How can I block spam for them without it getting downloaded to their email ? Is there any web based spam filters that support SSL and being able to put a certain port number in yet that are free?

No not MailWasher or any of those other software filters. Sorry.

They are on dialup and getting 200 spam mails a day takes to long on dialup to download thats why if they used a software spam filter it would do no good because you still must download the emails.
