Why is the history channel the only station with anything interesting on?

I could watch WWII documentaries all day, if I had nothing else to do but watch TV. Everything else on sucks.

You've just discovered something. Before we were force fed entertainment, we found reality interesting (not to mention that it may sometimes build the mind). Don't stress because tv shows crap, just accept it and be glad you aren't watching it.

I hate it when your flipping thru channels, you briefly stop at the history channel, find something interesting and end up watching it the rest of the day.

Discovery Channel and TLC have some pretty intersting shows too..

the simpsons on Fox
OZ on HBO
sports center on Espn
battlebots on comedy central
who's line is it anyways on ABC

and i'm sure i could think of more.. But yeah. The history channel is great.

Discovery has some medical show on, and it must've been commercial when I flipped past TLC. I should be writing a bash script... but I don't really feel like it. Besides, the Luftwafe was cool.

I'm going to have to agree with you here. When I watch tv, I'm watching the history channel 85% of the time. The other 15% i am watching the screensavers on techtv.

yeah i got caught up in watching a show how the statue and picture of the flag being raised on Iwo Jima wasnt the first flag to be raised there, but instead a replacement flag...stayed up till like 3am watching that last night

Double that for TLC's junkyard wars. I really enjoy modern marvel's on the History channel. You should also, as someone already stated, check out the discovery channel. I like it when they show someone having a heart attack or having some other sort of internal problem then zooming in inside their bodies and shows you exactly whats happening. Good stuff
