You sure those do not count against your text numbers with your carriers? Because I have all SMS texts blocked incoming and outgoing.

As I've already posted, if you forward text messages to your phone's native app, they will count towards your text limit.
 
I used Handcent, will it still forward to that? if so, when I reply to any incoming text to my gv number when i reply it will be with my gv number? Also is Handcent about the best texting app?

yes. handcent, normal messaging, whatever other SMS app you install will all use the same single sms database on the phone. any sms you receive will be visible in all of them. (for this reason, if you have multiple installed, make sure to disable notifications in all but one of them)
 
I have to say, this epic G+ oops (not meant to be public) was supposed to be about, well, G+, but sadly explains this as well. With public APIs Google Voice would already rule the f'in world -- well, the Android part of it anyway. Let Handcent/Go SMS/heck, even the stock Android messenger use Voice for texting natively. Makes too much sense. Argh.
