Why is Starbucks freaking damn near ALWAYS out of chocholate chunk cookies?

Let's get real for JUST a second. I go to starbucks every week or so to pick up a big 9000 calorie cookie or two. $1.95 buys the best damn chocholate chunk cookie you done ever set your eyes on. Well I'd say that at least 2/3 of the time they are out. They always have other cookies left.

Here is a freaking idea: How about stocking more? It's not like once they ran out, or once in a blue moon they run out, or only on valentine's day. They've been like this for a long while and it's costing them business. If I managed that Starbucks heads would roll and blood would spill!

Trust me, it's worth it.

I mean, that's a forty minute phone call.

Have they got two dollar sugar cookies? There's nothing in the world like a soft, moist sugar cookie.

Starbucks Chocolate Chunk Cookies: Orgasmically Delicious!

Somehow I don't think that tagline will stick.

No sugar cookies, but they do have peanut butter ones, ginger snaps, and oatmeal raisin.

AND ANOTHER THING: Every time I get in there I wait for what seems like an hour to get served. This is because of two things: 1) The employees are slow, & 2) There is always somebody ordering a @#*#ing double mocha espresso latte something or rather that consists of no less than 45 layers and requires 15 man hours to freaking make!

Whoa. Settle down there.

Have some tea. Doesn't take anything fancy to make that. :D

Somebody get this man some chocolate and caffiene, or he's going to be on the 6 o'clock news. :Q

And costs what you paid for your car. Two bucks for a cookie is nuts. Nuts, I say!

Yeah, but you get two hours of entertainment for thirty bucks. A cookie? Maybe ten minutes, if you savor it. A buddy of mine took me into a starbucks once. Ended up paying two bucks for a cup of coffee. I think it had some vanilla flavoring in it or something. It was a decent cup of coffee, but it certainly wasn't worth two dollars.

My local Starbuck's is ALWAYS out of those damn paper sleeves they put around your coffee; sometimes in the early morning.

It can't be that difficult to simply order more. Starbuck's just isn't as trendy w/o those paper sleeves w/ the Starbuck's logo! If I'm going to wade through a line of yuppies in pursuit of an ethereal coffee beverage, I expect a full inundation of Starbuck's trendisms (e.g. "May I call bar?").

Well it's only a cookie - not a new car - but as far as cookies go, yeah they are that good!

Our local gourmet supermarket has Really good cookies. Regular chocolate chip, or choc' chip and walnut.
In fact, they MAY even be better than Starbucks! :Q

I'll have to send you one Skoorb.....you can do a blind taste test
