Why is Saphire 9800 Pro more expensive?

Maybe since ATI is in Canada they offer more discount up there? Who knows. Sapphire usually makes cards for ATI so both are usually the same but retail ATI has 3 yr warranty vs 1 yr for Sapphire. Retail ATI is best.

he's asking why a Sapphire Pro costs more than an ATI Non Pro.
The Pro is better due to higher speed RAM/Core.
 
I was actually wondering about apples to apples, I just mis wrote the post. I'm actually referring to OEM of 9800 pro cards... So, ATI is better than Saphire, is that correct?

Heh, this gets asked all the time. The only real difference is in the warrenty and sometimes the bundle (software, cables and so on). From a pure performance standpoint they should be the same.
