Why is pics.bbzzdd.com the most popular ATOT pic hosting service?

I like imageshack because it's fast, doesn't need registration, and is anonymous..well..i'm sure the imageshack people know who uploaded what..but not the end users. but I don't like how images are restricted to 1 meg in size

My original effort coding pics.bbzzdd.com was a lot like Microsoft's first shot with DOS. Sure, the code was ugly as sin - but it got out there first to win a bunch of support.

The interface (which dwell has spruced up 1000%) is ultra-simple, and I knew that the last 25 uploads page would be a hit. We're all voyeurs at heart. Lastly, the URL rocks for some unknown reason. pics.bbzzdd.com. It just rolls off your tongue.

I think because it was first and it's heavily advertised on this forum.

However I am used to and prefer the fox302.com interface, just personal preference.

I can use it when I'm at work.

But unless you're snooping through other people's pictures, you're not going to just happen upon NSFW pictures in your own gallery. There's no "Top 25 pics" or anything that would show you anything that's not work safe without you knowing it.

Yeah, I think that's just the first one I saw, so I signed up and have used it ever since... Plus the last25 and top25 give me something to do at work when I am bored, and the content is always SFW.
