Why is oblongular not a word?

The word oblong is used either as a noun or as an adjective.
Squareular is not a word, either.

That's because a square is rectangular. There's no need for a word like "squareular " because "rectangular" already covers it.

A square is actually simply a specific type of rectangle. It's just like how an equilateral triangle is a specific type of triangle.
