well intergrated boards are generally very easy to setup. Plug in the ram, cup and a hard drive and power it up, install all the software and as long as it is stable you are set. We can talk about cost of componets but time is also a factor also...

If OEM's are really embracing the board, they have it at a much lower cost than the current retail, and the high OEM demand would also explain the high retail price. I hope it succeeds, which could even lower the price of video cards in general due to lower demand (except for the top models, that sell primarily to enthusiasts (=people with too much money to recognize 'value').

Here's an interesting article that explains why nForce performance drops when in dual-channel mode. Looks like it has to do with the DIMMs used...

Long story short: put RAM in slots 1 and 3
