Why is my screen always automatically scaled down after every reboot?

the screen scaled down like 10% after reboot. Even I manually adjust Catalyst Center scale setting, this issue still happens after reboot, but it will scale back up to 100% after like 15 secs. this really bothers me...

Video card: Sapphire HD 7850
Screen: Asus 23" IPS LED with 1920x1080 res.

yes. overscan, by default CCC set it to 8% underscan. i slided it to 0%.

but screen is scaled to 8% underscan every time after reboot, but it automatically scale back to 0% after like 15 secs. I think there is something just wrong...

It's after the driver settings get loaded probably.

is there a way to diable this under/over scan thing, and make it fit my monitor all the time?

Do you have the latest drivers. Maybe your monitors clocks are not contained in the one you're using?

i have the latest driver from AMD.

I don't readdly understand your second questsion - sorry, i'm kinda new...
