About three years ago, I went through a period of about 8 months where there was some point on my body twitching at all times. Whether it was my bicep, or a muscle in my forearm, or my eye lid, or a muscle in my back, in my leg, my neck, it drove me up the freaking wall. Only one muscle at any one time, though, and the same spot would twitch for a full two or three days, then the twitch would move on to some other muscle for two or three days. I seriously thought about asking a doctor what the hell it could be, I've never seen anything like it, but I never managed to make an appointment.
Then it all just stopped. Now I may get a twitch or two a week that only last a minute.

It could be a magnesium deficiency. A friend of mine had severe muscle twitches and tics. He went to a Neurologist and a General Surgeon. Both of them told him it was a vitamin deficiency. He went to a Nutritionist. They did blood work, and it was a magnesium deficiency. Two months after supplementation with Liquid Magnesium, his muscle twitches and tics were completely gone.![]()

Are you sure you aren't talking about muscle spasms?
