Why is my internet connection keeps dropping off???

I have Linksys wireless router (BEFW11S4) which is running great and no problems.

On my laptop, I have a Linksys wireless card and it is working great, no problems.

My my other desktop which has Linksys wireless card is causing me the problem.
When I first had the wireless card installed, it worked just fine until I had to reformat
the HD. After reformatting the HD, and all the drivers and programs re-installed,
I've noticed that the internet connection keeps dropping off after about 10 minutes
of use, however, wireless connection tool box shows that I'm still receiving 96% of
the signal.😕.

When this happens, I have to re-boot the computer in order to have the internet connection
and of course within 10 minutes or so, I'll lose the internet connection.
I've deleted the and re-installed the software twice, removed the wireless card and
re-installed, but no avail...Any suggestions???

Oh, another thing...When I lose the internet connection with IE browser,
kazaa lite is still continueing to download, and I could still use IM,
it looks like it is the IE browser problem rather than losing internet connection.😕
