Why is my ad locked??? PS2 mod chips for sale

I have an ad under "For Sale/Trade" under mrrman for the above.....why was this ad locked????

Just a guess...
You look like a dealer since you have a quantity of them. Dealers are not allowed.
Unless mod chips are no longer allowed.

I am no dealer, I just bought too many chips since I was doing this for myself and a few friends.

Can you tell me know to PM a mod...where are they listed Thanks
