I work at a job where a I work in several different small cities and towns. Every one has a MLK drive. Why are they always in area that are unsafe for a person of my ethnicity to walk down? I live on Mckenzie drive and I see people of different races on my road and don't get freaked out. i dont come out of my house and harass them for being a different race. I CCW and would think it stupid and looking for a fight if I did the same down MLK.

This is an inaccurate statement and if I didn't know better, I would say you were trolling.

Regardless, this thread is now closed because I guarantee as the sun will rise tomorrow, this thread will turn into a steaming pile of dog crap.

The one in my town is a large road that is the entrance into town once you exit the interstate.

Seems you're referring to dangerous ghetto areas, and ours isn't in one of those.

Did someone just watch a Chris Rock standup special?

If a friend calls you on the telephone and says they're lost on Martin Luther King Boulevard and they want to know what they should do, the best response is ‘Run!’

You know what's sad? Martin Luther King stood for non violence. And I don't care where you are in America, if you're on Martin Luther King Boulevard, there's some violence going down.
I like how these quotes I copy/pasted from other sites are completely different from what he actually said in the standup. They made them less ghetto sounding lol. Have to appeal to the masses I suppose.

Why didn't Martin Luther King protest for the rich to be more rich?

He fought for groups who have less power, more poverty and violence.
