Why is it when I try to install my Chipset driver (nVidia) it would start then just crash and do nothing?

Try not installing the IDE driver. Same thing happens to me. They are some very problematic drivers.

I had the same problem with the ASUS A7N8X Deluxe. Installling the Nvidia IDE driver gave me blue screens. Installing all the drivers but the IDE one worked fine.

when I try to go to setup it doesnt even get me to tha part where I can uncheck those things

Im about to just reformat my hard drive because of this
