Why is it when I sneeze my forearms are paralyzed for about 30 seconds?

Hmm... I really don't understand why but when I sneeze my forearms paralyze and hurt very badly for about 30 seconds. How could a sneeze have anything to do with my forearms?
I have something similar but its not frequent. When I cough really hard or sneeze it feels as though I've pulled something under my armpits, like someone just yanked on my arm really hard. It gives me a weird painful/tingley sensation in my arms, my hands get tingley. It goes away, but some times it hurts like a b-tch for several minutes. Don't know what that's about.

Every time you sneeze you get a minature orgasm, maybe it's not so minature for you? 😛

Nerves for sure, I sneezed with my neck bent to the right once, lost all feeling in my legs for about 5 seconds and fell on my ass. Go to a chiropracter and get adjustments for about a month or so, alot of people have slight curves in their spines and usually that's what can cause those pains. I used to get pain in my legs all the time when I sneezed but while playing football in highschool one day I ran in to a 326 pound guy at full sprint with my head down in a game and ever since then I've never had any pain while sneezing.
