hot humid day just walking around... or in a car with no A/C... why is it that some people simply don't sweat ?

I don't consider myself a sweat-er ... when I play sports, I see others much worse... so I think it's avg for me to sweat just a little bit while sitting in a car without A/C. Some others simply don't have any perspiration coming out of their pores... they never get sticky either... why ?

They are the ones with the mind control rays. Keep your tinfoil hat close at hand around them.

Not as bad as the fat people who sweat just from talking to you, then insist on touching everything within their reach, including you.

Last year I read a survival book that was written by a doctor. Apparently a very small percentage of people don't have sweat glands because of a genetic abnormality.

Some people are born without sweat glands, from what I've heard.

don't have sweat glands ? That's a bit extreme... these people I'm referring to will sweat if they're running or playing sports. It's just that they remain dry when the majority of us are sweaty/sticky in humid conditions just sitting still or maybe just walking around a bit.

Sweating helps cool you off by evaporating. I don't recall exactly how the process works, though.

X doesn't prevent you from sweating. It does raise your body temperature and promotes sweating as a result. This is the main reason that you want to make sure you drink a lot of water and try to stay in an air-conditioned or cool area while you're rolling.

I'm not going to get into a debate over whether people have died as a direct result of taking E, but my feeling is that if you're rolling, just take precautions to avoid dehydration, don't mix it with alcohol and don't take a bunch of it at once, especially if you're a first-timer. I've not done it in a long time, but it can be a good experience if you handle it right.

Simple. Some people just aren't NASTY PIGS ;)

Actually I'm one of those whom you speak of although if it's very hot and humid, I will perspire even if I'm sitting still.

I've always noticed that it is the petite girls I date who are always complaining about being cold that never sweat.

I sure as hell am not one of those people. Man, down here in MS I start sweating if I think too hard let alone engage in physical exertion! :p Seriously though, I get drenched just mowing the yard or something. It sucks.

i think im one of the people your talking about. i barely sweat. when i do its not all over either, its basically just my arm pits. on the hs tennis team after running around for an hour one teammate said it doesnt look like i sweat, i do, we do sweat, for some reason its just not overly abundant thing. iv never really had sweat drip from my brow without going all out and physically exerting myself.

I'm a person who sweats easily. I wish I wasn't like that. I usually need to wear undershirts, even under my t-shirts; otherwise I'll totally soak them on a moderately warm and humid day. Kinda nasty, but I deal with it.

And it's best not to be rollin', not because it makes you dehydrated from excessive perspiration, but because it's BAD FOR YOUR BRAIN!

I've noticed this exact same thing!

I assumed they were cyborgs, kept my mouth shut, and enjoyed the ride.

I had a Japanese boyfriend kind of like that. He didn't sweat very much, and he never stank from BO no matter how much exercise he did or if he skipped a shower. He also had really really dry skin. He wasn't without sweat glands, though. I could make him work up a sweat. :)

Pigs don't sweat. That's why they roll in the mud.

I'd say I sweat normally, but my armpits sweat more than normal when I'm not really doing anything. I think that's mainly nerves, though.

I also sweat lots when it's hot outside. But, I do get cold. My 97F body temp. is to blame for that, though.

The other day, I was doing a lot of work outside for a client. Headed over to the supermarket to pick up some lunch. One of the lady employees asked me if it was raining outside again due to how wet my clothing was. :)
