I gained a lot of weight during the first and second year of college. I then decided to work out during my junior year and I lost a lot of the weight. My metabolism was crazy during that time...had to eat roughly anywhere from 4500-5000 calories a day otherwise I'd start losing weight. My metabolism has slowed now though since I haven't touched any weights or jogged in over 3 years...need to get started back on it.
