Sorry, It just bugs me when I see these types of threads "why do blacks" or "why do mexicans" or even "why do whites" because as I've gotten older I relize poeple are people no matter the race and you can't generalize like this, every race has fvcked inconsiderate people evertwhere. Plus it has a err of racism if all you notice is the "other" group doing it and fail to see members of your race doing the same while failing to make posts along those lines. Even worse is these same people are the one to bitch when the see a movie title like "white man can't jump" and can't even understand it's a comedy and take it soo damn seriously
But sometimes when a certain group of people put you through hell night after night after night you do need to generalize to vent.
You need to point a finger at somebody and this is just the easier way.

That's BS. The odds are those whom the author is complaining about are immigrants or first generation Americans from Mexico or Central America. Americans of hispanic origin aren't any culturally different that any other second + generation Americans.
Exactly, these Mexicans are by all 1st generations. Not many of them speaks English. On the other hand, the Mexicans I grew up with in Texas are 3rd generation Americans and beyond and I was very happy growing up there. I don't think class is an issue here. The neighborhood I grew up in was pretty ghetto yet people knew not to blast the stereo outside 1:00am in the morning. Where I'm living right now, I would say is easily a better neighborhood. I jsut don't see how class is an issue here.
I'm not talking about me needing to be among uptight white people who will report you if there is a dead patch of grass in your front lawn.
This is just very common courtesy that everybody should know. It's 1:00am in the morning, don't you think having a party in your front yard with speakers running wildly overspec outdoors will wake everyone up? The police routinely shuts down their party so they know what they're doing is effecting other people, but despite that the parties continues week after week. In the beginning, I've politely went over and ask to just turn down the bass, but they were only happy to comply for about 5 minutes and the rattling continues. So what does all this tell me? They don't give a fvck about their neighbors.
