Why is it so hard to get a job in retail?

I never had a problem getting retail jobs.. usually hear back within a day or so..

You'd be suprised at how they actually grade and use these tests. Most independent and over-qualified people would more than likely fail these tests.

Hard to take that as good news though... I should have realized what that they were looking for people who get deep satisfaction from stacking movies on shelves, and molded my answers accordingly.
