Why is it so hard to find a freaking job ???

Hello,

I just recently got laid off (two weeks ago) and damn it's hard finding a job. I went for the second interview at a bank today, one of my friends works there and she heard that it's hard for them to justify my position. WTF did I come in for an interview for?

I mean there is like nothing out there when it comes to computer techs or anything similiar. I would be happy with an office job but there is nothign 🙁

Yes, It is hard finding a job. Only 2 interviews? There are jobs out there, they are just not as good and pay less.
 
Yep computer people are on the decline these days because the economy sucks. The problem is from the "big picture" that the executives look at. Techy people like us are almost always a cost center instead of a profit center, thus we're expendable. The only place you're a profit center is in paid service and consulting. Look for jobs there for more job security. 😉
