Back in the old days, underwear only covered one thigh and one testicle. I believe it had something to do with war-time cotton rationing. Anywho, after the war, someone had the great idea of wearing a pair of underwears together, in order to achieve coverage of both thighs and testicles. This arrangement was later combined with a fabric cod-piece, to become underwear as you know it today.

EXACTLY - why dont they wear a "pair of bras" but any any case i added the panties in the selection just for the ladies (if any) but they only have 2 wholes- so there...he he.
