Why is [H]ardForum Registration Closed

I'd like to register for Hardforum but the site says registration is closed. Anybody know why that is?

those brackets on the H mess everything up, i'm surprised you whole post wasnt highlighted (hint: the tag to highlight text is the H with brackets around it)

Didn't they close registration once because some dork kept returning after being repeatedly (5+ times) banned in a 24 hour period? Maybe someone's pulling the same trick again...

Nah, I love it here ... That site just seems to be better focused for some of the technical questions I'd like answered, so I was looking to register.
Kinda sucks that it's closed.
