Why is everyone wearing lowcut socks now?

i've been wearing the lowcut since 2000. High socks looks stupid, unless you're a cholo.

I normally wear those shorter socks because my leg hair is so thick that it gets matted and itchy in the longer socks. I do not, however, wear the ankle socks if I am dressing up. Then I wear full length socks.

I wear the "low cut, invisible" ones. Been wearing them for years. They look better on me. And they're cooler here in FLA.

Wearing any socks at all with shorts is gay. If it is warm enough to be wearing shorts you should be wearing footwear that looks good with no socks (sandals / open toed shoes / open air shoes). The only exception I can think of would be if you are dressed in all gym clothes going to the gym to work out, in which case, the "Gay low-cut" socks would be the only acceptable choice to publicly preserve any shred of straightness you have left in you.

Long pants which cover your ankles render sock choice unimportant. At that point, wear whats comfortable.

im gonna be walking at least a mile or 2 between classes tomorrow, i dont really wanna do it in a pair of flops.

Yeah, I have white shoes so my ankle socks go well with them.
