No, its not that at all. Why would you want to wear "high cut" socks with shorts on? You'd look like a dipsh!t. With jeans though, I do wear regular socks.

Haha. Maybe you're missing my point here - I'm not the guy who wears socks half-way up his calves, I'm the guy who's got them just a bit over an inch high. Not very high at all. The people I hate are the ones wearing them litterally just enough to be visilbe over their sneakers. That's gay, I'm sorry.

I started this in 1992 when I quit getting long socks. I now wear them year round, regardless of what pants I have on.

Not West Hollywood, but Hollywood proper. Perhaps Beverly Hills, too... I was only there for a weekend, but saw it all over the place, along with spiky hair.

Yeah ive been wearing them seems like forever. I hate socks to begin with. And anklets just look way better than thick heavy calves socks.
