Why is everyone excited to see Revolutions?

That's cool....If you liked Reloaded I would expect that you would like to see Revolutions. But, I've heard those that hated Reloaded say they still want to see Revolutions.

Chaotic42 already pointed out the reason:

It's the last movie in a trilogy, at least one part of which many people liked. The story is incomplete, and many would like to see how it concludes.

You know it's going to suck as Reloaded did so why are you guys so excited to see it?
We also know that you are a moron.
Nice to see the thread get off to a wonderful start. I predict and immediate and merciless degeneration into a mindless flame fest of pro vs. con reloaded fans. Whoo hoo!

It's an not and.
Thanks, you're adding as much merit to the thread as everybody else!!

Reloaded sucked, revolutions looks good. I like the idea of the series so i intend to see the third one.

I just think it looks like it might be good thats why im mildly excited about seeing it.

because some people like different things than you, dont think keanu is a horrible actor and want to watch something they like without being ridiculed by self important asshats like yourself which seem to think your opinion of the movie is the only valid one

I saw Reloaded and I liked the first one better. I want to see Revolutions because I heard its ten times better then Reloaded and everything falls into place.

Reloaded and Revolutions are the same movie, the reason Reloaded "sucked" was because it had to just cut off. They were going to release it as one movie but it was so long they decided to cut it into two. You HAVE to see Revolutions, for Reloaded to make sense.

Revolutions is supposed to be much better. Never heard of a good sequel (or 3-ple or whatever it's called)?

*whoah* I'm not ridiculing anyone....just curious is all.

edit: A good point below was made. For those of you that liked Reloaded this question really does not apply to you. But, I've heard many people say they hated Reloaded but are stoked for Revolutions. WHY?

Because reloaded is a place filler. You can pretty much go from Matrix 1 to Matrix 3. Having said that, I love Reloaded and want to have its babies.

I did not enjoy Reloaded. Seems they tried putting to much special effect into the movie and forgot about a storyline all together. There were more fighting scenes (time wise) than there was talking.

To me, they jacked up what Matrix was about, i will probably go see the second part (Reloaded) but i'm not near as excited to see it now.

It's true that I thought it sucked. I hated the first one too. But if you guys love it, then I don't have a problem with that.

Sure, the second wasn't as good as the first, but it didn't suck either. We need to see the third for the wrap-up.
Well, there you have it - Amish didn't hate it, and he hates everything, so it had to be good.

No asshat. I want to see it because I enjoy the depth of the series.

ROTFLMFAO!
"Depth". What fvcking depth? All that convoluted philosophical mumbo-jumbo that they threw at you in Overloaded? Sorry foks. Reviews are coming in, and they're not good.

And by the way

Neo dies.

I'm not terribly excited to see Revolutions...I'd rather go see Return of the King. I just want to see it so I know what happens.

Reloaded didn't suck. The story was ok..I didn't get a fug about the story..I went to go watch for the action and the fighting. Originally, I didn't watch the first Matrix because of the story...all about the fighting.

u must be a big van damme fan

I hated Reloaded but I'll go see Revolutions to conclude the story. I will however wait and see it during a Tuesday matinee (student price of ~$2.00) so I won't waste too much money.
