They all are posting weird images regarding Coco-cola or who works there.
I assume there was some sort of racial equity statement or similar to make them so butt hurt.

The logic of the rightwing nutjobs is that because I can access youtube through my work computer, that my employer condones, supports, and mandates that I watch everything on youtube.

The racial sensitivity training they conduct at workplaces on behest of major corporations is never "anti" white. Its simply a gesture to help mitigate lawsuit damages.
If you think you are being attacked its probably because deep down inside you're racist and you know it but cant admit it to yourself.

Having said that, the kind of shit they push in class at both private and public schools could sometimes be taken as anti-white. The good news is they cannot force you to endure it.

Anyone who has lived in this country for the last 20 years knows the last thing that can be said is it is anti-white

we're not talking about "The Country".
We're talking about certain seminars and classes and programs that occasionally push a weird agenda in the work place or in schools.
And I can understand how some of them might come across as mindlessly hostile. Especially if you been brainwashed by Fox for the last 25 years.

Every racist projects onto others his or her own fear of being the butt of racism. That is why white racists fear being called racists. Being a racist is an admission of feeling inferior and all you need to do to act like an inferior person is to believe you are. Thus racists, knowing what they themselves feel about inferior people, anticipate via their inferior behavior to be condemned similarly. They themselves can never understand what it means to not need to put down inferior people or that such people really don't exist.

Self hate is how and why we fuck ourselves and then others.

I think it's because Coca Cola employees have to undergo racial sensitivity training.

Assuming the slides in the link are real, I wouldn't call that sensitivity training. I get the message, but the delivery and actual words used could definitely have been better chosen.

Can you imagine the blowback if others were told to be "less" anything? Tell blacks that their natural hair is "too blackish", tell those that speak a different language they are being "too foreign", tell orientals to stop squinting, etc.

Yea, it's a little weird to put it like that. I mean, the learning appears to be from coca cola because of a logo in top right, but it's hosted on linked in.

I haven't looked it up yet, but anyone know if coca cola has confirmed this is theirs?

Seems kind of suspect. The slides could be taken out of context.

The snopes article I linked above explains it. Coke says that the class was not part of their curriculum but that it is available to their employees through the provider site they use. As I said above, it would be like holding Coke responsible for all content on youtube if they don't block youtube.

They had some kind of training where it simply said the phrase "Try to be less white".

Not at all judgemental, divisive, and condescending.

Anyhow, the ultimate irony is saying "be less white"... is something that only comes from stupid white people.

Thanks, went right past it. Snopes is a solid AFAIC, one of the only sites I even consider donating to, but haven't yet

Shame there has always gotta be something racist with those claiming to fight it. While they demand we judge people by the color of their skin.

I believe what you said occurred, as it fits the established pattern of behavior. Sadly it is nothing new.

According to Coke it is not part of their required training.

I'm all for racial bias training, but that messaging would be very counter productive.

Some are trying to defend coke that it was "one of the options" for the training or something along the lines. Regardless, it was hosted, encoruaged by, and offered by them. It's also a training hosted by Robin DiAngelo - basically a rich white woman that is paid by corporate fat-cats to go around and do these trainings at conferences and such.

The irony... white person... making HUGE bank from big corporations... to preach that white people are privileged lol: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robin_DiAngelo

We already knew the general public and our media is tone deaf and moronic at this point. Remember the "it's okay to be white" meme? Classic shit, wish they would do it again.

I enjoy the laughs though - but the result of that really just shows how stupid lefties are.
