are you serious ?
this was taught to me in 1st grade. don;t eat and exercise. it takes blood away from digesting, body gets tired and other factors. i'll look up some article on this in an about an hour if you really want medical facts.

Losing fat is a matter of burning more energy than you consume over a long period of time. It's pointless to talk about what happens to any individual meal.
