Why is AT being displayed like this in Firefox?

WTF? It just went back to normal right after I posted this... this is only after multiple restarts of Firefox and even a reinstall.
 
I've had that happen a few times when my Internet connection is being stupid and it lags out while IE is in the middle of loading the page.
