Do you drink booze? That has unequivocally been shown to negatively affect health in humans at commonly imbibed levels.

not for me. i cant drink anything that is diet, not only does it tast nasty to me but about 30 minutes after i drink it i have a raging headache. and i dont get headaches when i drink regular pop, coffee or tea.

Nope, only happens when I drink diet soda.

Uh just because it's diet doesn't mean it's caffiene free.

He's saying he can drink regular caffeinated soda without headaches. He only gets the headache when he drinks the diet.

It's very common amongst migraine sufferers to have a trigger food or smell or activity.

There are hundreds of triggers for miagranes, with me, caffeine helps a miagrane.

Snopes.com says you shouldn't believe everything you read on the internet

The test that indicated it caused cancer in lab rats was borked when a new janitor came in and decided to clean the rat cages without keeping track of what rats were in what cages. The results are basically a guesstimate.
