Why in the hell?

Okay...I have a user named Jane Doe-Williams. Their exchange alias is JDoe-Williams. We are using Exchange 2003 with Outlook 2003 in Cached Exchange Mode. Why in the heck is the wrong alias showing up in the To: field when trying to send her an email? Instead of showing "To: Doe-Williams, Jane <JDoe-Williams>", it shows "To: Doe-Williams, Jane <ADoe-Williams>" I swear there is and never has been an alias for this person with an A in the name. Is it doing this because the name is hyphenated? I don't understand.

Check the user's account in active directory, pay close attention to the general tab. One of those fields is probably specified incorrectly.
