Why in the hell can't companies release concept cars into production?

I mean they make some REALLY REALLY nice concept cars but then do absoulutely nothing with them... They take a few ideas here and there but they simply don't release THAT car.... I mean if they could add more that would be great but instead remove everything great about it and leave just a few ideas into the production car...

Cause then they wouldn't be concept cars and they'd have to make concept cars for the non concept car concept cars

Because many concept cars would lose money if sold as production cars...
