Have you tried throwing it out? I dunno why anyone even wastes their time with macs. There's nothing available for it. Sure there are a few programs here and there made for mac, but 95% of the software is for PC.

If you mean games, you are correct. Then again, most mac users are older than 13 and dont use them for video games. :D

I am older than 13 and use my PC for games. So do lots and lots of other people.

In reality, the only reason me, and most of my freinds even stick with Windows is becasue of games. I LOVE games. I may suck at them but thats that. 50 people in a LAN Game of BF1942 is AWSOME.

If it wasent for that i would use linux more.

One thing about macs is that the cost can be prohibitive. Dont get me wrong, i love them, and OSX but my machines are all at least 3 years old. My newest mac is my Powerbook Lombard.

EDIT: (sp)

Because then he couldn't start a flame-fest about how Macs:

Suck
Are incompatible
Are Overpriced
Are Gay

Or whatever other used-up arguement people people spout off with when Apple or Mac are mentioned.

I'm not flaming ALL macs, or trying to start a "flame fest".

MY mac (quicksilver @ 1ghz) sucks. It was just a really bad design/os mix. The superdrive is slower than hell (8x cdr, 1x dvd-r), and was already returned once (according to apple 800.00 cost). I have experienced this issue with 1 other g3 running osx, but I can't really complain because osx isn't designed for g3s. I had no choice when this purchase was made. I hate my workstation.

-the end-

Ignorant people.

Almost any program made for PC has an equivalent Mac version, or a similar application for mac that is in may cases better. Some of the newest games arent for mac, then again, there are plenty of games that are availible. Warcraft 3, Quake 3, Shadowbane. whatever genre you want, there are plenty.

If you are going to flame at least be informed.

I wouldn't go that far. There are lots of gulfs where mac equivalents just don't exist, especially in the arcane freeware area (specialized utilities and such). What a lot of people fail to appreciate is that in the printing field (especially large format proofing), PC's are the ones that lack adequate amounts of software + support. That's one of the bigger reasons I'm stuck with a mac workstation.
