Still trying to redefine the word "anarchy" huh, SMP?
Main Entry: an·ar·chy
Pronunciation: 'a-n&r-kE, -"när-
Function: noun
Etymology: Medieval Latin anarchia, from Greek, from anarchos having no ruler, from an- + archos ruler ?more at ARCH-
Date: 1539
1 a : absence of government b : a state of lawlessness or political disorder due to the absence of governmental authority c : a utopian society of individuals who enjoy complete freedom without government
Without a government to protect them you cannot have individual rights and freedoms. Life will become survival of the strongest and the weak will die, or become slaves. Life WILL be people running wild in the streets and smashing things until someone takes control... and 99 times out of 100, that person/s will not be looking out for the people's best interests.
We've had anarchy in the world many times. You just don't hear about it because it turned into something resembling fuedalism so fast, it didn't even register.
Anarchy is stupidity, no matter how you try to redefine it.
If your ideal political system is something other than the definition above, pick a new name.
