Why has ddr4 rdimm prices gone up so much?

Wanted to pick up some more but prices are sky high now compared to what I paid a few months ago.... Just wondering... I can wait at these prices...

Thanks. I paid $86 bucks a stick back in September. Now the same ram costs $126 per...
