Why has Anandtech been down so much lately?

Why has Anandtech been down so much lately? Have they been attacked?

I blame SADs - seasonal affective disorder.

Happens every winter for some sites.

-edit- normally associated with less sunlight and shorter days.

Rather then just posting a question in the wrong forum, (a reposted question might I add) wouldn't it make more sense to check the right forum first.
Forums being down a lot = a FORUM ISSUE

Once you go into the right forum for forum issues, AKA Forum Issues, you will see a stickied post at the top explaining everything.

Actually that stickied post gives no explanation, simply states that the issue has been resolved.

there was a previous thread in FI that was deleted but basically summarized the problem: the AT forums were targeted in multiple DOS attacks over the past few days.
