Looking back, I should title it "why firefox users suck" but oh well. What are your thoughts? Am I wrong about this?
 
But overall firefox is better than IE any day. Have you had to deal with a machine full of spyware and a hijacked browser?
 
so can we write an article pointing out all of your downsides? Nothing is perfect, I like firefox, I don't like IE. If you like IE, that is ok with me. If you hate the fact that I use firefox, that is even better.
 
I'm not sure what you were trying to show with this article.

1. When people say FireFox is faster I've always assumed it to means the program is faster/more responsive, not the downloading of content.

2. In your http://www.messedup.net/firefox-demo.htm link, I see no code that is supposed to center the table. The only thing I see is IE is automatically centering the table, whereas FireFox displays it as the code is written (firefox-demo2.htm - is centered in FF because it's specified to be centered).

3. Fark.com looked fine to me in Firefox.
 
So did you expect praise or for all of us to declare you the must uber of internet servers or something? Tabbed browsing and the fact that it blocks popups and spyware better then IE is all I need.

Yes, firefox users suck because some dumbasses emailed you and got your panties all up wadded up? Look at all the IE users that don't know wtf they're using either. Dumbass
 
Firefox sucks. Just admit it. You use it to be 'geek cool'. I have no problems with spyware or any of that with IE. And my pages render properly. Fvck firefox.
 
great read - I agree 100% with you, the "use firefox. IE sucks" zealots are the problem. I personally use IE, have no reason to switch to firefox, probably never will.

I agree with the OP on some things. I do like the browser though. I am posting this from firefox. The users are annoying at times. I suppose most are just happy to have a half way decent alternative to IE. I like the way IE looks and feels. I hated web browsing on my linux machines because IE wasn't available. Firefox has fixed most of this for me. I use firefox for some nifty extensions which have made life easier recently on my windows workstation. Tabbed browsing is pretty cool and useful as well.

I don't care for Microsoft haters. I don't care for haters in general.

But I do hate wal-mart 🙂
