so if firefox were to have the same amount of people trying to exploit its flaws, wouldn't it suck as well?

There's no point in looking for flaws or writing virii for niche-market applications and OS's from the point of view of the people who write these things and want to inflict the most damage.

Exactly. If I was going to write a virus or exploit some browser security holes, I wouldn't waste my time doing it for something that's only gonna piss off a few people. I want to piss off A LOT of people, so that's where I'll concentrate my efforts.
