Well my first post about astronomy/physics got pretty good reception..
"A Universe from Nothing" http://forums.anandtech.com/showthread.php?t=333573&highlight=universe

So I thought I'd post another pro-science lecture...this time on biology and the evidence for evolution. Here it is:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w1m4mATYoig&fmt=18

This is great stuff for people who intuitively understand the principle of evolution, but have never really learned the details/proof behind it. This guy explains the six main types of evidence in less than an hour. Enjoy! :D

I was watching this yesterday. I predict a lot of people here will shit a brick over the last 20 minutes or so... well, assuming they get to the last 20 minutes.

Read Billions of Missing Links for why evolution isn't even possible.

Assuming we are talking about macro evolution.

God isn't a theory though. That would be like saying you are a theory. Existant beings cannot be theories. Your lack of experience with a specific entity is not proof of their non-existence, nor any kind of arguement for their lack of existence.

Yuck. Thanks for volunteering to be the poster boy of why we need better science education. Watch the video.

I am watching it, it's terrible. He seems to think the "predictions" from an expert on worms somehow disprove creationism entirely. Billions of Missing Links has nothing to do with creationism, it's just a book about why evolution is silly. Practically every point this guy makes in the video is ridiculous. This is what goes on at atheist conferences. They laugh and poke fun at religion, not realizing they have formed their own religion with the explicit intent of hating and insulting anyone that doesn't agree with them.

Marked for later when I'm more awake and have some time to get disgusted at a bunch of lame attempts :p

Incorrect.

Evolution is fact.

Atheists are not an organized religion or a religion.

Creationists seem to have evolved an immunity to evidence.

He is not trying to disprove anything. The facts do that for him. Keep watching buddy. The 6 main planks of his speech summarized at 38:00 prove beyond doubt that all stories of biblical creationism are utter nonsense.
