Why don't you drive a manual?

I only drive a manual. Dont care about driving in traffic either.

Driving auto is like strapping on a device that does the thrusting for you in sex. I prefer more control.

I got a Scion Xa. With it's 102hp engine, I was looking more for milage than performance I'm past that "look how fast I can go!" stage, and have moved on to the "Chicks dig me for my MPG" stage.

I find with a weak engine, a manual is even more important.

I don't drive an auto because of my killer commute (2+ hours in heavy traffic). My left leg grew a couple inches after I started that job lol. Switched to auto and life has been much better. Of course now I telecommute most of the time, but I still love the car's Traction Control in the winter

I have tried to learn on three different vehicles(two cars and one truck) over the years and never could get the hang of it. I have decided it may be because I am left handed and just do not have the innate coordination between my right arm and my left foot needed to keep the the motor running(especially on take off and while reversing).

I got the car from my dad when he retired it from his use, and a 93 taurus didn't come in manual Besides, I don't know how to drive one (yet).
When I buy my own car though it'll probably have a manual.
